Me With My Dog, Boo
"I came across RyansReview back in January when I was looking for reviews for dropshippers to sell stuff on eBay. I was intrigued by the site and learned a lot from there. I am now making over $2000/month in my limited spare time. Ryan's
recommendations have led me into a business that will help me put my kids
through college. Thank you, Ryan!"

If you're not familiar with drop shipping, it is this: You find wholesale goods online, sell them on eBay or your own site and the company ships directly to the customer. You keep the difference of your wholesale purchase price and your selling price. It's profitable, it's easy, and it's a heck of a lot of fun.
There is no need to store or package any items, and the difference of the price that you paid and the price for which you sell is your profit. Most eBay "Power Sellers" achieve this status by drop shipping. I've researched many drop ship companies, and my reviews of three of the biggest dropshippers around are below.

Salehoo is a great resource for both beginning and experienced drop shippers, because they compile a wide list of companies that offer wholesaling and drop shipping. For some people, a large list like this is exactly what they've been looking for, because they need a lot of suppliers instead of just one. Salehoo has excellent customer support. I emailed them and said that I was having a hard time finding drop shippers for a certain product, and they sent me a human-made list of the best sources for selling this type of product. I was very, very surprised by their willingness to help me. Also, with Salehoo, the membership fee is good for a lifetime. There are no recurring fees that add up over time. Once you sign up, your fees are done, and you can start selling products immediately after joining. Salehoo is very affordable, has no hidden fees, and is the best wholesale source for the price. Salehoo has a money back guarantee (which I tested, and I successfully received my money back), so if you decide that Salehoo isn't what you're looking for, then you have nothing to lose. Salehoo also has a forum so that you can ask questions to other members. In my experience, I have found these user forums to be as educational as the programs themselves, so it is a big plus. I have found Salehoo to be an excellent resource. If you're a beginner looking for a user friendly place where you can learn from other people in the business, you can't go wrong with them. If you are already an established drop shipper, but you have trouble finding suppliers to meet demand, Salehoo can help solve that problem. You can check out Salehoo here. Need more? When considering Doba.com, it is important to realizing that they are service different than any other drop ship source on the internet. Doba is a service that allows you to sell wholesale items in single units and have them shipped directly to your buyer. This process brings positives and negatives, and it's important for you to find out if it's for you before signing up. First, I'll tell you where I believe Doba lacks; Doba has low prices for single items and guarantees the lowest price among drop shippers, but they often cannot compete with eBay prices. Therefore, if you are expecting to sell all of Doba's products on eBay at a high profit, you will be disappointed. However, with Doba, you will be able to find rare or niche items that sell very well. Of course, with any successful venture, this takes some research. Thankfully, Doba has a large amount of educational materials at your disposal, including ebooks, webinars, and articles to help you get over the learning curve as quick as possible. Doba also carries name-brand products. It is the only place that I have found that allows users to drop ship single units of the Apple iPod. My favorite of Doba's features is the ease of use. In this area, Doba by far beats every drop shipper I've ever used. Doba gives its users the ability to push an item directly onto eBay, which saves a lot of time and work. Therefore, if you find an item that sells well, you can "push it to eBay" again and again. Doba is not for everybody, because their service is very different from most wholesale directories. If you're unsure about them, I'd recommend trying Doba's 7-Day free trial. To visit Doba's website, click here. Need more? Read a more thorough review here: |
Worldwide Brands (or OneSource) is among the most professional and complete drop ship and wholesale sources on the internet. Although more expensive that Salehoo, Worldwide Brands can make even the most inexperienced drop shippers feel as though he or she has special "ins" in the business. Reader submissions ultimately led me to review Worldwide Brands. Before readers asked me for a review, I was not familiar with them. I now truly believe that WorldWide Brands is the best wholesaler around for the every day work at homer like myself. Worldwide Brands has been a member of the Better Business Bureau for over five years. (I once found a drop shipper that had unbeatable prices, only to find out that the BBB had given them an 'F' rating.) I find this to be very rare and impressive, and it is the ONLY source that is certified by eBay. Worldwide Brands connects you directly to the suppliers; they don't take a middleman charge, and that keeps your costs down and your profits up. They also have a ton of free eBooks and guides to help you learn. If you don't know anything about drop shipping, Worldwide Brands will help you to learn quickly. Worldwide Brands is not just a drop ship directory, either. Their database includes direct imports, advanced market research tools, and the largest list of drop shippers and light bulk suppliers on the internet. Still, I only recommend Worldwide Brands to those people who want to dedicate a serious amount of time to drop shipping and wholesaling. If you are looking to dabble, go with Salehoo. However, if you are looking to create a full time income drop shipping, then go with WorldWide Brands. It is absolutely top of the line. Hey! One More Source!
Most drop shippers use eBay, and this is my preferred way to do it, because it guarantees traffic to your products. However, recently, there has been an increase of interest in setting up your own store online. I have found one website that helps an individual do this. In fact, they give you a web site, pay for the hosting, and help you get started.
This program is called Drop Shipping Wholesalers. As stated, they set up a web site for you at no additional cost so that you can sell items directly from your web site. They are fantastic. However, I ONLY recommend this site if you plan on selling products from a web site, instead of (or in addition to) eBay. You can check out Drop Shipping Wholesalers by clicking here.
Many who have set-up websites with Drop Shipping Wholesalers have raved about the service. I've been recommending them for a long time to people who want to have their own e-commerce web site, and the owner, Nick, provides excellent customer service.
